The City of Teague Board of Aldermen tackled a short agenda on Tuesday, Feb. 18. Board of Aldermen include Place 1 Ron Rasbeary, Place 2 Jerry Ballew, Place 3 Rhonda Jones, Place 4 Bridget Gauntt, and Place 5 Timothy Campbell.
‘Gentle giant’ Ingram to continue football career with UMHB
James Ingram, a senior at Teague High School, will be signing his letter of intent to continue his football career with the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor this Friday, Feb. 28, at 10:45 a.m. in the Varsity Gym.
TISD hands out $768,308 in TIA funds
Teague ISD had scheduled an early release day for a long, three-and-ahalf- day weekend on Friday, Feb. 14, for Valentine’s Day and President’s Day. The long weekend got a whole lot sweeter for 46 TISD teachers who were surprised with a total of $768,308 in Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) funds.
NSDAR presents awards to students
