Freestone Medical Center has been designated as a Level IV Trauma Center by the Texas Department of State Health Services after consistently demonstrating its ability to provide advanced trauma life support prior to transfer of patients to a higher level trauma center.
“The Grand Ol’ Christmas Show” will be presented at 4 p.m., Dec. 5, at the Teague High School Theatre.

The City of Teague Board of Aldermen met on Monday evening, Nov. 15, to tackle a short agenda, but some items went into lengthy discussions. All aldermen were present except for Chris Nickleberry.
Military veterans from Teague and the surrounding areas were honored Friday, Nov. 12, at Teague High School and Teague Junior High, first with a breakfast and then during an assembly with students and staff.
