MIDLOTHIAN — After last winter’s freeze hamstrung power giant Vistra Corp.’s ability to keep electricity flowing for its millions of customers, CEO Curt Morgan said he’d never seen anything like it in his 40 years in the energy industry.
“Lighting of the Parks” took place on Wednesday night, Dec. 1, at the 8th Avenue Park and the BTW Park in Teague. The parks will light up at dark every night throughout the month of December. Christmas in Teague is taking place this Saturday, Dec. 4, at the BRI Railroad Museum, beginning at 5:30 p.m. There will be pictures with Santa, a Polar Express Train, face-painting, and food trucks.
