Although the Lions came away with the win, the Buffalo Bisons made it difficult by keeping the score close through three quarters before Teague pulled away in the fourth.
The Teague Lady Lions stepped on the gas early in the first quarter and never let up in their big win over their district rival the Lady Bisons of Buffalo.
The Lady Lions continue their 12-game winning streak and 10-0 in district play. Last Tuesday Teague played Frankston with an easy victory 63-32.
The battle between the Teague Lions and Elkhart Elks started in a no nonsense style of play before the Lions honed down their opponent for the win 65-44 on Jan. 23 at home.
The Teague Lions were giants and certainly more athletic than the Leon Cougars at home on Jan. 16 with a no contest win of 80-24.
