More than 600 new laws go into effect

New COVID-19 case numbers from local school districts were updated this week, with some seeming to play catchup from previously unreported cases.
Kyle Steen, a 2003 graduate of Teague High School, is now serving as the Teague Economic Development Corporation director. He started his position Sept. 1.

Deja Vu Spa hosted a Princess Day on Saturday, Aug. 21, for those ages 3-10. A total of 18 youngsters attended the special day. There were two sessions held with nine children in each session. Snacks were provided. It was a spa day made for a true princess for those who purchased a ticket. The youngsters enjoyed a Cinderella mani and pedi, Snow White facial, Elsa braid, Belle makeup, and Ariel massage. Plans are already under way for another Princess Day.
