In advance of next week’s third special legislative session, a new poll shows Texas voters are increasingly concerned about the state’s future — and they overwhelmingly want leaders to take advantage of billions of federal stimulus dollars coming to Texas.

The Teague ISD Board of Trustees approved a penny tax increase for 2021-2022. The Maintenance and Operations tax rate will remain the same at .9547 as the Interest and Sinking (debt service) tax rate will increase a penny to .321410 for a total tax rate of 1.276110.
Tri-County Golf Club At The Vineyards hosted Joe Max Wilson Family Fun Day, including a tribute to the late Joe Max Wilson, a golf club staple for many years, with family and close friends releasing balloons in his honor. A total of 64 golfers participated, with several family teams with young boys and girls playing. At left are many of Wilson’s family members who were able to attend.
