A new track surface is being put in at the Teague Lion Stadium. Renovations to the stadium began on June 1, 2021. A new turf playing surface was completed in Aug. for the football season. However, due to limited supply, the new track surface had to be put off until now. The cost of the renovations at the Teague Lion Stadium done by Hellas Construction cost Teague ISD approximately $1 million. Photos by Mitchell Pate/ Teague Chronicle
