The Teague Lions will attempt to stop a four-game slide Friday night, as the team moves into district play with a home matchup against Kemp, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
In the team’s final non-conference affair in 2020, the Teague Lions will look to snap a three-game losing streak Friday night, and won’t have to travel far to do it.
The Lady Lions defeated Westwood and Elkhart this past week to start district play 2-0. Teague is tied for first place along with Fairfield and Groesbeck. Overall, the Lady Lions have an 11-3 record.
The Lady Lions begin district play this week with a 9-4 overall record after falling to Blum and defeating Wortham this past week.
Looking for the team’s first victory of the 2020 campaign, the Teague Lions will be back in action Friday night at 7:30 p.m., going on the road to face the Madisonville Mustangs (1-1).
