The Teague Lady Lions ran their district record to 3-0 with a three-game sweep of Frankston at home on Friday, Sept. 15. Game scores were 25-14, 25-7, 25-11.
Friday night’s road game against the Mexia Blackcats turned out to be a wild fight to the finish; however, it would be the Teague Lions coming out the winner in overtime, 40-33.
The Teague Lady Lions defeated Buffalo in 3 straight sets, starting their district season off with a bang and several kills.
