Teague runners bring home some metal

Despite the rain, the stands were still full of Lion fans for a non-conference bout against the Lorena Leopards Friday, Sept. 21.
The two best teams in the district, with records of 3-0, came face-to-face last Friday at the Lion’s den to decide who will take first place.
The Lady Lions showed their competitive edge 3-1 over Normangee on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at home.
The boys and girls’ varsity cross-country team had their first competition last Saturday at the Golden Eagle Run held in Fairfield with some favorable results.
