Lions take care of Whitney, improve to 3-1

Fans wishing to see the usual Teague offensive fireworks Friday night against Whitney should have know it was just too windy.

But that wasn’t the reason Lions coach Donnie Osborn stuck to the ground game in a 46-28 home victory that improved the Lions to 5-2 overall and 3-1 in district play.
