Lions fall to Panthers, defending state champs

The Mart Panthers, the defending Class 2A Division II state champions, proved to be too much for the Teague Lions in their season-opener on the road Friday night, as the Panthers took a 34-7 home win.
Mart received the opening kick-off, but was forced to punt.
