Lady Lions fall to Malakoff

The Lady Lions took on Malakoff Tuesday, Dec. 4 at home and barely missed the win by a score of 53-56.

“It’s always a battle when we play Malakoff,” Lady Lion Head Basketball Coach Chris Nickleberry said. “Coach Hyde and myself are good friends and she runs a great program.”

The Lady Lions put forth a great effort with Destanee Roblow putting up 23 points, 14 rebounds, two steals, three blocks, four deflections and two assists followed by Reagan Heggins with 12 points, 15 rebounds, two steals, one block, four deflections and one assist.
