Freestone County duo finish high school careers at state golf tourney

Two Freestone County seniors had the chance to compete at the state golf tournament on Monday, May 10, and Tuesday, May 11, at the ShadowGlen Golf Club in Manor, near Austin.
Although one of the girls wore orange and the other wore maroon, they enjoyed the experience together and walked off the golf course one last time together.
Teague senior Madison Bragg and Fairfield senior Emily Chavers worked hard throughout their high school career and both qualified to compete in the state golf tournament, which had been their goal throughout high school.
