ROSEMARIE ‘ZETA’ FOREMAN

Funeral services for Rose-Marie “Zeta” Foreman, age 94, were held on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Bowers Funeral Home in Teague. Bro. Dan Manuel will officiate. Interment followed at Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation were held before the service beginning at 1 p.m.

Mrs. Foreman passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, February 1, 2020, in Palestine.

RoseMarie was born on June 15, 1925 in Dallas, Texas to parents Harry Webster & Odie Mae Bates Stockslager. She was raised in Teague and graduated from Teague High School, where she flourished in many activities including volleyball and was a cheerleader. Mrs. Foreman went on to raising four daughters, whom she loved dearly. Mrs. Foreman was blessed with a gift and passion for writing songs, notes, poems and stories. Over the last several years, she had been working on a book titled, “Grandma’s Heart to Pen”. She was always known for her witty humor, charismatic charm and unconditional love. She was a loving and dedicated wife to her husband of 53 years. RoseMarie was dearly loved and will forever be in our hearts.

Mrs. Foreman is survived and adored by her husband, H. L. Foreman; her three daughters, Sherron Carder & husband David of Palestine, Debbe Davis of Dallas, and Terri Neill & husband Phillip of Florida; ten grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Odie & Harry Stockslager; her beloved daughter, Wendee Berres; one grandson, David Aaron; and one great-granddaughter, Megan Elizabeth Chennault.
