Jay had a passion for model trains and set up his own train room to the delight of many who entered the room.

Second only to the love of his wife was his love of motorcycles. Having been a rider most of his life, he started a vintage motorcycle repair shop in Donie on the farm he and Rene’ share.

And with this love of his motorcyclists family, he was able to help organizations by raising funds for breast cancer research and the American Fallen Soldiers Project along with the Combat Vet Motorcycle Association.

Jay and Rene’ always believed that any event they held must be for a greater good for others. This was Jay’s witness to his Christian Faith put into action.

To say Jay’s passing leaves a void is an understatement as so many can testify to. Jay will always be a shining example of a good man to those who will remember him.
