Fran Rogers (Frances Oliver Rogers)

Fran Rogers (Frances Oliver Rogers) passed away on July 24, 2017 in Mansfield, Texas where she had spent over a month in intensive care. She was cremated and there will be no funeral or memorial services. Teague lost one of those rare people who did much for those who needed help and asked nothing in return. She was 83 years old and grew up in the Kirvin/Streetman area. She lived in California for 40 years but returned to Texas to be near friends and kinfolk. She was care provided for the last 25 years.
