Debra L. Robinson Funeral services for Debra L. Robinson Basham, 62, were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Bowers Funeral Home in Teague. Brother Scott Matthews officiated. Interment followed the service at Union Cemetery near Freestone.

Visitation was held on Friday with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Basham passed away on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024, at her residence in Teague.

She was born in Fairfield on Jan. 27, 1962, but grew up in Teague and graduated with honors from Teague High School with the class of 1980. Debra was a member of the Teague Lion Band and a twirler. Many people will remember Debra for her many years working as office manager for the Teague Medical Clinic on Main Street. She married Darcy on July 22, 2006, and shared more than 18 years of marriage together.

She is survived by her husband, Darcy Basham of Teague; two sons, Chris Calk and wife Samantha of Palisade, Colo., and Bradley Calk and wife Andrea of Monahans; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Dean Robinson and wife Kay; one sister, Diane Robinson; and other relatives and friends.
