Albert Lee Allison

Graveside services for Albert Lee Allison, 77, were held on Monday, November 13, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Union Cemetery near Freestone. Rev. Richard Gillet officiated. Visitation was held on Sunday with the family present from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Bowers Funeral Home in Teague. Mr. Allison passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, in Henderson. He was born in Teague on March 4, 1940. He grew up in Teague and graduated from Teague High School with the class of 1959. Mr. Allison worked in the oil field in Palestine before moving to south Louisiana in the 1960’s where he maintained a career with Halliburton Services for over fifteen years. He later worked as a truck driver for several years before returning to Teague when he retired in 2007. He is survived by an adopted son, Randy Allison & wife Nikki of Livingston; two daughters, Connie Byers & husband Wayne of Groveton, and Betty Rabisa & husband Jerry of Tillicum, Washington; his son, James Allison & wife Tammy of Snook; fi ve grandchildren, Tiffany Jones & husband David, Brandon Rabisa & wife Holly, Sarah Allen & husband Kyle, Leoloni Rabisa, and Traci Steelman & husband Daniel; four great-grandchildren, Acen Allen, Zoe’ Jane Elizabeth Steelman, Joseph Wayne Jones, and MacKenzie Jones; one brother, Don Allison & wife Ann of Gonzales, Louisiana; other relatives and friends.
