Thanksgiving is a time for family, friends, gathering together and reflection. It is a good opportunity to look back over the year and think about the important things, the memories and the people that made a difference in your life.
With the good, we can sit back, smile and remember with fondness those precious moments.
With the bad, we can recall how we got through it all and who was there to help stand by and walk us through the storm.
It is important to know we are strong enough and persistent enough to move on from those moments and make ourselves better because of them.
