The week didn’t go as planned for the Teague Lions.
The plan was to play their seasonopener at home against Caldwell. Instead, Hurricane Harvey’s safety threat caused Caldwell to cancel. So, the Class 3A Lions found another Class 4A team to play – Madisonville, on the road.
And, the plan was to start out the season with a win. That didn’t go as planned either.
