TISD 2021-2022 school calendar released

Students at Teague ISD start their 2021-2022 school year August 11, teachers wind up their summer August 3, and the end of the school year comes on an early-release day Thursday, May 26, 2022.

In-service days for teach ers run Aug. 3-10, with Aug. 5 set aside for convocation.

September holds one fullday holiday, which is Labor Day on Monday the 6th. The first 6-week grading period ends on Sept. 17, which is also an early release day.

A “fall break” for students comes in October, starting with an early-release day Thursday the 7th, and continuing until their return Wednesday the 13th. Teachers return Tuesday the 12th for an in-service day.

On Friday the 29th, the second six weeks ends with an early release day.

November sees a holiday for everyone on Nov. 11, celebrating Veteran’s Day. Thanksgiving Break lasts the entire week of Nov. 22-26, with everyone returning to class Monday the 29th.
