Teague to get new water meters
The City of Teague will be getting new water meters in the near future after a proposal from Brent Stark of Johnson Lab & Supply Inc. and Master Meters was approved Tuesday, Jan. 17 during a regular meeting of the Teague City Council.
To upgrade the City’s Master Meter water meters and reading system will cost the city $409,899.20.
This amount includes a new fixed base reading system and customer portal for $91,024.20, replacing and upgrading meters and registers for $275,375 and a labor cost of $43,500.
