THE FIRST BAPTIST Church “Soup Kitchen” is open again after the long summer heat. Calling it a soup kitchen is really under rated. The soup and casseroles the women make are scrumptious to say the least! Everything from chicken noodle to chili to King Ranch Chicken to goulash and much more can be found. The original idea was to start a place where at least once a week people could get a nourishing meal whether or not they could afford it.
