Skinner is next TISD leader

The Teague Independent School District Board of Trustees at its Nov. 7 meeting named Chris Skinner as finalist for superintendent. By law, the board must now wait 21 days before voting to hire Skinner.
Skinner is slated to replace Interim Superintendent Ray Matthews.
