Dear Editor,
Sometime in the week of Aug. 24-28, just when you think things are at the worst in the world, United States, Texas and now in Teague; some individual lowered the flags at the Teague Post Office and cut the emblem out of the POW flag and raised them back up again. That is the lowest form of a citizen that I know of, and I hope that individual understands how low they are. When they do get found, there will be hell to pay. I still have friends and family that are still missing in Vietnam.
