Interlocal Agreement Finances Under Microscope

Forsenic auditor William Brown of W.D. Brown and Associates PLLC was the featured guest at Fairfield City Council’s July 9 meeting, presenting analysis of the interlocal definitive agreement between the city of Fairfield and the city of Teague.

Presenting a recalculation of amounts owed to Fairfield under the agreement with Teague for the Boyd Prison unit, Brown made several assertions on the payment process between the two cities.
