Community leaders come together for unification

Leaders from the city, school district and Teague ISD are in agreement they need to improve their means of communicating in an effort to keep the community closeknit and unified.
Approximately 17 people from the community attended a meeting Thursday night to discuss this issue and more. Mayor James Monks and Business Manager Teresa Prasil represented the city, Supt. Chris Skinner reflected some thoughts of the school district and Wayne Williams, pastor of Kingdom Fellowship Bible Church and Teague ISD board member, shared some discussions among church pastors and other church leaders.
