Theresa Bell earned her Texas Registered Municipal Clerk certification through the Texas Municipal Clerks certification program recently. Bell is the City Administrator / Secretary for the City of Teague. She is also a member of the TMCA, Inc. and the TMCA Central Texas Chapter.
Bell will be honored with all the other new graduates at the TMCCP graduation ceremony on January 28, 2021. Bell worked on achieving her certification for two years and 10 months.
