Alderman rescinds resignation

Teague Alderman Marie Hertenberger, who resigned from City Council yesterday (Wednesday, Sept. 11), has reascended her decision.
She emailed her decision to Theresa Prasil, Teague city administrator, and also spoke to her by telephone this afternoon. Prasil confirmed the report.
Hertenberger said she had eight days by law to change her mind, as she did.
City Council will meet Monday evening.
