Where is the civility?

Most of us were raised learning the Golden Rule, “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
Even if you are not raised in Sunday school or a religious family, this is a rule that was taught in every elementary school across the nation.
The rule comes from the Bible, Matthew 7:12. I did not know that until a little later in my life, but I still learned this hard and fast rule to do unto others.
