Senior Center News

Well,  we really had a  short week at the center. Thanks to Mrs. Travis Howard and Sue Allison for pitching in while others were out last week. Sue has been recruiting again; she brought Jean Shields along to deliver the meals Wednesday. I also appreciate Steve Senter for filling in for us. I really appreciate Roger Brooke for helping me at the center Wednesday in Joyce’s absence; she celebrated Thanksgiving with her family early.  

We were pleased to share lunch and visit with Charnell Robinson last week. We were also surprised to see Dorothy Evans and friend, Teri, visit us during lunch. The weather was much cooler last week, although this is late November.  

By now I am sure most everyone has had their quota of turkey, ham, dressing and desserts. Football games, Christmas movies, sharing memories and catching up on conversation with family and friends were included, I am certain.
