Slouching toward Zion and More Lies written by Robert Flynn published by the University of North Texas Press is a collection of twenty-three stories that have hope, faith, and love as their common denominator. They are funny, political, and more than a bit prophetic. In addition, they are very well told. Flynn’s mission is “to poke them sacred cows and make them moo.”
