Observances: Encouraging conflict and living off the spoils

Lost in the internet age is one of the significant players in world history, Kaiser Wilhelm of Germany. However he will never be forgotten by the ten million soldiers lying in quietly in their graves as a result of his character flaws. Back in the day when monarchies ruled Europe and Russia, he was related to the Russian Czar and the British King. However he had an inferiority complex when it came to Great Britain and longed to show them that his empire was far superior. He built the most powerful army on the European continent, dismissed the Iron Chancellor Otto Von Bismarck, began building a navy to challenge the British fleet and waited for the day when providence would allow him to exhibit his superiority.
