Really not a lot of news this week, other than we are really missing our folks who are out due to illness and appointments.

We appreciate all the people who have given of their time to assist us at the center. Thanks to Andrea Lopez with Teague LTC for furnishing our Bingo prizes last Thursday. She is always going the extra mile and is so dependable! She brought us a large canister of coffee and lots of cookies one year!

Speaking of bringing goodies, Kit Prasil and Vicki and John Cheek were blessed and much rewarded last Thursday while delivering beautiful, wrapped handmade Christmas gifts to all of the people on Route 1 and Route 2 Meals on Wheels. I always expected Santa in a sleigh, but last Thursday he drove an automobile.
