This past week I heard about the passing of one of my former teachers - Linda Eppes. She was my speech therapist for nearly eight years when I attended Teague ISD.
She was a wonderful educator who helped me become who I am today.
I disliked reading so much growing up because I had a difficult time pronouncing certain letters and letter blends.
Ms. Eppes worked with me all the time and helped me become more confident in myself.
