Let’s chew the fat about some old sayings, traditions
Before I begin this week’s conversation, I want to encourage you to look forward to next week’s column because it is going to be a hoot – or maybe a bark. I will report about my upcoming interview with Sully, the service dog at Teague High School who supposedly is everyone’s stronghold in that building.
Yes sir, he invited me to come over after his picture and name appeared in the newspaper recently. Let’s hope I won’t be called to the school office or end up in the doghouse. I don’t know how I find myself in these predicaments.
I’m already worried because I don’t speak or understand barking. Hope he speaks English. Of course, since he is part poodle, he may speak French. I don’t know that language either. If he talks at all, I surely will pass out. Next week now! Be here to read!
