How can I combat my fears

In the past couple of months my 19-year old daughter was picked up for drugs, my mom is on hospice entering the last stages of life and we are picking up our lives and relocating to a new town.
To say I’ve had plenty of opportunity to practice this battling fear is an understatement.
Then with the freeze and no water or electricity compounded that for me, life is difficult at the moment.
Paul’s words to Timothy are equally God’s words to you and I.
He has given each one of us “a Spirit...of Power and of Love and of a Sound Mind” (2 Timothy 1:7).
