Bulldog runners set new personal best

The Dew Bulldogs Cross Country team traveled to Fairfield Saturday, Sept. 7. The Bulldogs did well in both races as each runner set new personal records for themselves. The fastest boy was Aaron Valentin with a time of 15:13.
Next but not far behind was Joshua Owens with a time of 16:56.
The girls best runner was Rebecca Coker with a time of 19:35. “The girls did really well this race,” Cross Country Coach Terry Potter said. “They competed against over 100 girls. I am extremely proud of both of these teams they are working really hard. I am really excited to see how the season finishes out as we continue to prepare for district.”
