Teague student wins speech contest

Texas Farm Bureau recently named Haylee Young the winner of the Texas Farm Bureau’s 2017 Free Enterprise Speech Contest at the organization’s 84th annual meeting in Frisco.
The win earned Young, who is a junior at Teague High School, a $6,000 scholarship as winner of the contest. She topped 12 other speakers from across Texas in the annual contest.
