Market draws large crowd for ‘Sunday Funday’

The Teague Farmers Market was the place to be on Sunday afternoon, Aug. 30, in downtown Teague.
Hundreds gathered for the first farmers market, located at 406 Main St., from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. hosted by new owners Steve and Heather Idlett to purchase goods from local entrepreneurs. There were a total of 30 vendors at the market. Some vendors were sold out of their goods within the first hour, and others throughout the day.
