An egg-cellent hunt

The Teague Ministerial Alliance, the City of Teague, the Teague Chamber of Commerce, along with many churches, held an “Easter Extravaganza” Wednesday evening, March 28, that included everything a child could want for an Easter party. This event was planned to be held at the Teague City Park, however, the rain made it impossible so the Teague ISD offered their indoor practice building for the occasion.

Sean Sifford, Youth Minister at Eighth Ave. Baptist Church, told the children a story and spoke to them about the gift we were given when Jesus died on the cross. When Mr. Sifford’s presentation was complete, the children were released to find over 1500 colorful Easter eggs that were scattered everywhere.
