In just over a month, the centennial anniversary of the Freestone County Fair and Rodeo will begin at the W.L. Moody Reunion Fairgrounds in Fairfield. The week-long event will take place June 13-18.

State testing is underway across the state of Texas. I pray for all of the students who are taking the tests and for all of the educators who have poured into teaching all school year. These are some of the longest days of the school year. There is only a week and half of school left before summer break is here.

In the last 24 months, homes have gained more than $6 trillion in appreciation, and this doesn’t include rental properties. This is 26% of the entire country’s gross national product in 2021.
