Grand Jury returns felony indictments - The Freestone County Grand Jury handed down a number of felony indictments while meeting in regular session on Monday, November 24th, in the Freestone County Courthouse. The indictments included a number of charges, including DWI, burglary, injury to a child, unlawful restraint, and drug possession, among others. Three of the indictments remain sealed, pending the arrest of the individuals named in the indictments. The indictments have been released by the Freestone County Attorney's Office as follows: Billie Jo Dorman, w/f, age 35, Madisonville – Driving while intoxicated with child passenger. Juan Antonio Cortez, w/m, age 26, Fairfield – Burglary of a habitation. Kevin Montrail Spencer, b/m, 23, Fairfield – Burglary of a habitation. Cynthia Carol Gibson, b/f, age 43, Teague – Injury to a child. Robin Trinidad, w/f, 48, Kaufman – Possesssion of prohibited substance on property of TDCJ. Jose Medina-Davila, w/m, age 20, Teague – Unlawful restraint. William Lee Niswanger, w/m, age 43, Teague – Impersonating Public Servant. Felicia Cortez, w/m, age 26, Marquez – Possession of substance in Penalty Group 1, methamphetamine, less than one gram. Michael Edwards, b/m, age 38, Irving – Unlawful possession of firearm by a felon. Richard Joel Roberts, w/m, age 55, Fairfield – Aggravated sexual assault of a child; indecency with a child. Dwain Bailey, b/m, age 41, Wortham – Aggravated assault. David Scott Emanis, w/m, age 29, Fairfield – Possession of substance in Penalty Group 1, methamphetamine, less than one gram; possession of prohibited substance in correctional facility. Jeffery Meuse, w/m, age 25, Fairfield – Aggravated assault. Toni Jo Rhodes, w/f, age 29, Mexia – Possession of Substance in Penalty Group 1, oxycodone, four grams or more but less than 200 grams; possession of substance in Penalty Group 1, methamphetamine, less than one gram.
