TISD Band Department Christmas Concert this Monday Dec. 15th

- Beautiful Christmas music will fill the Teague High School Auditorium in Monday evening, December 15th, beginning at 6 p.m. as the Teague I.S.D. Band Department holds their annual Christmas concert.

The concert will feature the 6th grade band, 7th grade band, 8th grade band and high school bands. There will be a bake sale held in the foyer during the concert. Also, there will be a brief cake auction before the last song that each band performs. The auctioneer will be Brian Bowers.

The students have worked very hard and hope that you can be in attendance.
Songs to be performed during the concert are as follows:

6th grade band - Beethoven's 9th, Who Let the Elves Out, and Jolly Old St. Nick.
7th grade band - Fanfare for a Holiday Celebration, Dance of the Snowman, and Jingle Bells Upside Down.

8th grade band - Your a Mean One Mr. Grinch, Flutists We Have Heard on High, and Ukrainian Bell Choir.

High School Band - songs to be selected from include Dashing Through the Snow, The Christmas song, Green Sleeves, Dance of the Slippery Slide Trombones, and Cantique De Noel.
