Both Citizens National Bank and Freestone Credit Union will close at 12 noon on Wednesday, November 26th and at 3 p.m. on Friday, November 28th. CNB's motor bank will be open from 9 a.m. - 12 noon on Saturday, November 29th. FCU's motor bank will be closed on November 29th. The City of Teague will close for business on both Thursday and Friday, November 27th and 28th. The Teague Post Office will close on Thursday only. Students in the Teague Independent School District will be released from school early on Tuesday, November 25th and observe November 26th, 27th and 28th as school holidays. To help out with your Thanksgiving baking, the Friends of the Teague Public Library will hold a bake sale this Saturday, November 22nd, in front of Brookshire Brothers beginning at 9 a.m. The staff of The Teague Chronicle hopes that your turkey is tinder and that you and your family have a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday. |
