Lions end season with loss to Arp Tigers

A stiff wind and a solid football team put an end to the Teague Lion's season last Friday night in Bi-District action against the state ranked Arp Tigers at Corsicana High School. The Lions were defeated by a 20-0 score in a game that was played in a 30-40 mile per hour wind. "Early in the game the wind really hurt," said Lion head coach Kevin Hayes. "We won the flip and thought our best scenario was to go on offense first." Going into the wind, the Lions started the game on their 20-yard line and their powerful running game
