In 2006 Mr. Chapman decided to leave the pharmaceutical industry. ?I wanted to do something meaningful and rewarding,? said Chapman. He decided to go back to school to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
It is obvious that he will be a hands-on leader at Teague Nursing Home. He has a true commitment to his residents, his staff and the future of the facility.
"I am very excited to be working with our Director of Nursing, Russ Chambers,? said Chapman. ?Russ has 35 years of nursing experience and has worked in so many areas of nursing that we are very lucky to have him. From the first day I came to Teague Nursing Home, I have been impressed with the staff. The nursing staff is some of the best I have ever seen and the housekeeping staff keeps the facility spotless and odor free. The dietary staff does a fantastic job of putting out tasty nutritious food for our residents. I eat here myself.? The food at Teague Nursing Home is home-made, never from a can, and their dining experience is always open to the public.
