Deputy dispatched to the Donie area on a report of someone being chased into the woods by other subjects. The caller then stated that the first report had come from a third party and was incorrect. The caller advised that there was a subject that was living in an abandoned house that was told to leave.
Fairfield Medic 8 transported a 58 year old that was having difficulty breathing.
Deputy and Trooper assisted Teague P.D. on Elm Street on a report of a male throwing rocks at a female.
Southern Oaks VFD responded to a report of a subject that had fallen at his residence in the Azure Bay area.
Deputy was sent to check on a suspicious vehicle report behind the Grace Tabernacle church in Dew. The caller stated the vehicle appeared to be a newer, red, sedan. The Deputy reported that he did not find any vehicles at the church.
Dispatched received a call that a blue, Grand Marque had just peeled out of the Walmart parking lot almost striking the caller’s vehicle. Dispatch transferred the call to the Mexia Police Department.
Trooper sent to check on a report of an orange, semi pulling a white, box trailer that appeared to be pushing cars off the roadway near the 213 mile marker of IH-45.
Deputies were dispatched to check on a report of a vehicle that was speeding and weaving in the northbound lanes of travel on IH-45 near the 192 mile marker. The vehicle was located and the driver was booked into jail after being found to be in possession of a pain pills that were not prescribed to the driver.
Deputy was sent to CR 481 on a report that there was a female subject on the caller’s property that was refusing to leave. The Deputy reported that the female subject had departed.
Trooper backed up Oakwood P.D. on a report of a female that had stopped her vehicle in the middle of the roadway.
Deputy dispatched to an alarm call on Hwy 27 W. The Deputy advised that the buildings and area were found to be secure.
Trooper dispatched to check on a report of a pickup that had lost a load of pallets in the roadway near the 206 mile marker of IH-45.
Deputy was sent to check on a report of a cow near the roadway near the 192 mile marker of IH-45. An owner was located and notified of the report.
Deputy was dispatched to check on a possible burglary in progress on Cr 370. The caller advised that she thought someone had broken into her house and is still in the house. The Deputy advised that the house was clear and that there did not appear to be any sign of forced entry.
Deputy was sent to check on a report of an elderly couple that had broken down near the 193 mile marker of IH-45. The caller stated that the elderly female had crossed over from the southbound side to the northbound side and that it was too hot for her to be walking.
Teague Medic 2 was dispatched to check on a report of a 96 year old that was having difficulty breathing.
Wortham P.D. worked a 1-vehicle crash in the median near the 211 mile marker of IH-45.
Fairfield Medic 8 was dispatched to check on a report of a 4 year old that was having cramps at the Days Inn in Fairfield.
Deputy took a report of a missing, black calf near the Northline Road in the Teague area. The caller advised that the calf had a black, ear tag #340 and a brand of “S” and “SB” on the left hip.
Teague Medic 2 transported a subject to the E.R. that had been throwing up and was in severe pain.
Deputy was dispatched to CR 1260 on a report of miniature, horse with a hurt foot that was observed walking on FM 27.
Fairfield P.D. booked one into jail on an assault/family violence charge.
Deputy was sent to assist Wortham P.D. domestic disturbance. The caller reported that his girlfriend had assaulted him and was throwing his things out the front door.
Southern Oaks VFD responded to a report of a small grass fire in the ditch on CR 190 at FM 416.
Deputy was dispatched to CR 1220 on a report of a black and white bull dog that was pulling a 3 to 4 foot propane cylinder behind it walking down the road. The Deputy advised that the owner had arrived to get pick up the dog and that the owner would return to get the propane cylinder.
Southern Oaks VFD responded to a report of an 80 year old female that was having a seizure.
Dispatch received a call from a citizen advising that he had checked all the pastures around his pasture and was not able to locate a 1500-1800 pound Beefmaster bull near CR 674.
Deputy was sent to check on a welfare check in the Kingswood addition. The resident was found to be okay.
Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 84 W. on a report of two horses near the roadway.
Deputy took a report on FM 489 from a citizen that had been receiving harassing phone calls from a subject that lives in Elkhart, TX.
Deputy was dispatched to CR 873 on a civil stand-by.
Dispatched received a report of a red horse running loose on CR 140.
Deputy was dispatched to Lakewood to check on a resident that had pressed her panic button. The resident advised that she could not see anything at her house due to the power outage. The resident was found to be okay.
Deputy was sent to Hwy 84 W. on a suspicious activity call. The caller informed the deputy that she had left to go to the store and returned home to find a large, shiny, metal, thing in her garage. The Deputy reported that there were no signs of a break in at the residence.
Wortham VFD received a request to assist Limestone County with a grass fire.
Teague Medic 2 assisted a resident that had fallen out of his wheel chair.
Deputies, Teague Medic 2 and Air Evac responded to a report of an unconscious man laying against a fence near his parked, vehicle on CR 750. The subject was flown to a hospital in Waco for a possible overdose.
Deputy took a prowler report on CR 445. The resident reported that someone had cut his garden hose and had thrown a cigarette lighter under the shed where he keeps gas cans, lawn mower and a tractor.
Deputy took a theft report in Donie. The victim reported that a 4-wheeler had been stolen from his shop.
Deputy and Trooper responded to a report of a mobile home with a broken axle that was partly in the lane of travel near the 183 mile marker of IH-45.
Fairfield Medic 8 was dispatched to the Fairview Manor Nursing Home on a report of a resident that had fallen and hit his head.
Deputy and Trooper were dispatched to a report of a road hazard near the 185 mile marker of IH-45. The caller reported that a gravel truck had lost its load of gravel. TxDot workers were called in to remove the gravel from both lanes of travel on the northbound side.
Fairfield Medic 8 was dispatched to the Big Brown Mine on a report of a 50 year old exhibiting signs and symptoms of a possible heart attack.
Deputy and Commissioner Oaks responded to a report of a large tree across the road on CR 601.
Deputy took a theft report on FM 1848. The resident reported that his lawnmower ha d been missing for at least a week.
Deputy took a theft report on CR 301. The resident reported that someone had stolen about 150 t-post and some homemade gates out of his front yard.
Deputy was dispatched to CR 341 to meet a complainant about a neighbor’s donkey’s that keep getting loose and coming onto his property.
Trooper assisted a motorist that had run out of gas on IH-45 near Fairfield.
Fairfield VFD responded to a report of a small grass fire on Hwy 75 S. just north of CR 494.
Deputy was dispatched to the E.R. to take a dog bite report. The victim stated that the incident had occurred on CR 497.
Fairfield Medic 8 transported an 87 year old male that had fallen and was running a high temperature.
Deputy was dispatched to an alarm call in the Streetman area. The buildings were all found to be secure.
Deputies, Trooper and Teague VFD were dispatched to assist Teague P.D. with a disturbance on Cypress Street. One subject was arrested and booked into jail for criminal trespass, public intoxication and resisting arrest.
Fairfield Medic 8 transported a female that was having seizures.
Deputy booked one into jail for DWI from Hwy 179 near Dew.
Trooper assisted a motorist with a flat tire near the 194 mile marker of IH-45.
