Main Street Mania Is Set For Thurs.-Sat.

THE FIRST EVENING of the 2013 Booker T. Washington/J.A. Brooks Bi-ennial Homecoming celebration began with registration and followed with a wonderful fish dinner with all the trimmings. The dinner was the kick-off to three days of fun, fellowship, catching up with old classmates, and remembering the friends who have passed on. This year there were over 300 alumni attending.

Main Street Mania is being held this Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. ? 9:30 p.m. in downtown Teague. Approximately 20 businesses and individuals had signed up by Tuesday and more can sale their items by calling Melinda at 903-388-6363 or Debbie at 903-388-8603 to be assigned a spot to set up.

There will be a wide variety of garage sale items and crafts, along with pit cooked hamburgers and much more.

Please come shop, eat, mingle and enjoy Main Street in a totally different way!
