Teague Auto Parts has changed hands. Brad and Kim Bodine started the store in Teague several years ago and in August of 2011 4M Parts Warehouse, of Cleburne, Texas, purchased the auto parts store.
Joe Reed has been manager of the store since January 2012. Joe came to Teague from Fairfield where he worked for Parker Auto Parts from 2006 until 2011. ?I got into the auto parts business by accident but I had good people to teach me,? said Joe.
Teague Auto Parts carries most anything for your automotive needs. ?If we don?t have it we?ll get it,? says Joe. They have Wicks filters as well as all major brands, Lucus oil, parts for all vehicles and some foreign cars such as Kia, Toyota, Honda and more. There is so much in this auto parts store that it can?t be named. If you are looking for it, you?ll find it there!
Joe Reed is from Quincy, Louisiana where he grew up and graduated for Quincy High School in 1990. He is single however he does have a daughter, Alex Reed. She will be 18 in December.
In April Reed moved to Teague after living between Dew and Buffalo. He has four brothers with two of them living in Teague. ? I like living in a small town,? said Joe. ?It?s where I grew up.?
Teague Auto Parts supports our city by sponsoring the Teague 4th of July Rodeo, the 5k run, and help the FFA with Wicks Box Tops.
Joe Reed wanted to say to the people of Teague, ?We appreciate your support. Try us our, the prices might surprise you. We hope to be here for many years.?
